Amazing food and fresh tea with a local owner. I really like that the tea isn't too sweet like most places here. Been waiting a long time for a place like this downtown!

The Bulgogi Steak Fries were very tasty, but had no kimchi even though the description said they would. and the Crème Brûlée Classic Milk Tea was terrible, so watered down and had no flavor

This restaurant was so fast at completing my order and everything was exactly as I requested it!
Have you had Delicious Boba tea?? Not until you try their own flavors of it!
I Love the Cookies Butter Milk Tea at full sweetness with regular Boba and coffee jellies!!! This was the perfect sweet treat.
The White Chocolate Mochi Donut was also super tasty and sweet and I would come back for 5 more, but one is very satisfying. Finally, the V1. Grilled Beef Bulgogi & Egg Roll Vermicelli Bowl rocks!!! They keep the fish sauce separate so you can pour it on yourself when you're good and ready. It has a slight spiciness to it and of course if you ask for hotter they will accommodate.
By far my favorite Boba restaurant and a must stop for Vermicelli.

S4. Special Grilled Pork Belly was too salty to eat and barely garnished
Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings 6 Pieces was missing from the order (but replaced only with another tea because they couldn't do a refund)
Donuts and tea were amazing
