They gave us a couple surprises to make our day shine. I really appreciated that :) The Seaweed Salad was amazing. Not too sweet. And the For Salmon LOVER~ 18 Pieces Salmon Sashimi Assortment was totally worth it. The Edamame is a healthy portion for three people. If you like sashimi, the two Twin Color Roll is great. Just salmon and tuna with a seaweed wrap and some rice. Simple and delicious. Original Coca means Coca Cola lol! Will definitely order from here again, and I hope you do, too. You won't regret it.

Koguu Sushi is part of The Mill Food Co., a cloud kitchen-based food hall that fulfills orders and puts them in lockers for pickup similar to an Amazon pickup locker. You can place your order via the kiosk touchscreen in the lobby, on their website, or through a food delivery service like DoorDash or UberEats. Despite the ordering process being handled digitally in its entirety, signage and clear communication via text made it easy to understand. Important to note that there is no seating here: there's just a front lobby with a bunch of pickup lockers, a bathroom, and a receptionist desk. I ordered the For Salmon LOVER~ 12 Pieces Salmon Sashimi Assortment*, which turned out to include rice to my pleasant surprise. The 12-pieces of salmon were arranged on a bed of white sushi rice, along with included ginger & wasabi. The salmon was fairly high quality (around the same level as Mt. Everest Sushi / Yoshino), but the sushi rice was a bit underseasoned. It also exhibited more acidity than sweetness or saltiness, so the seasoning ratios could be adjusted.** The pricing was fairly high compared to most of the other options at The Mill Food Co. as well as other sushi places that offer similar quality though. All-in-all, I'd be more interested to try some of the other restaurant vendors in this space in the future, returning to maybe try other offerings at Koguu only when there are promotions. ** Source: I've worked in sushi before.

This has been my new favorite go to! Everything closes early, and this place stays open. Not only that their sushi is always SOOO refreshing . They also include a very sweet note, and a duck. Favorite place on door dash. You WILL NOT go wrong.

Best Koguu Poke Bowl I've ever had! Hands down! I did the Koguu Poke Bowl （Build your own Bowl）* and had, salmon, cooked shrimp, crab salad, avocado, onion, cream cheese and eel sauce, spicy mayo and extra poke sauce. I love how delicious everything is! 10/10
