The Hibachi Steak is always very good. It's never too chewy or too soft. I recommend it with the carrots subbed for zucchini and onion.

Koji is a go-to! Steak was overdone in this order and this is unusual for them. Also, please add zucchini and onions as a carrots substitute and add Sriracha as an option condiment.
