Sea urchin was fresh. Ikura as well. Rolls were well made and fresh. All orders packaged neatly. Recommend just order 1-2 rolls at a time unless you have a big appetite. I ordered too much and everything started tasting the same. I would order from here again.

Really small rolls and the Salted Edamame was mush with no salt. Couldn't finish, was the consistency of boiled peas. Hard pass in the future even though the eel was good.
