Placed an order for a pick up and tried to get an ETA and they pretty much told me to just wait until I see a message for them that it's ready. Wait until when? 10 mins 30mins an hr? Folks, you gotta get more organized. Customers can't just hang out twiddling their thumbs waiting for your message
