The Koshary was okay. It was a bit dry and there was not enough red sauce which I had to request. To my surprise they added $5 for extra to my order after it was placed. I'm not sure if they are in the business of nickeling and diming folks for extra money but that itself is highway robbery. The sauce should come on the side to begin with to prevent these problems. This is how other restaurants that sell the koshary prepare it because it can easily become dry... especially if not eaten immediately. It's like ordering spaghetti through a delivery service and it's already premixed with very minimal sauce....who does that???
