Tori (chicken) Paitan Ramen is very similar to many of the ramen restaurants in nova, which is to say it is very good. Good noodles, soup is flavorful, and the toppings are well portioned and delicious. Nori is a little on the moist when it arrived and was pretty shriveled but was fine. Chicken was dry; you have to leave it in the soup to get it nice and tender. Extra noodles is definitely worth the price. Like I said earlier, flavorwise, same as a lot of the other shops, but pricing is very aggressive. Highly recommend.

The food was delicious! Ordered the Tori and bulgogi bao bun for the Ramen Combination 1 and both were tasty, just the chicken in the Tori was slightly dry. Same with the Ramen Combination 2 - selected the Spicy Tonkatsu and the pork was slightly dry, but still good, and the tempura was crispy! The Kitsune Udon was so flavorful. All the noodles were springy/bouncy. The only cons, aside from the meat being slightly dry, is that the Kimchi side was so small and then they gave so little sauce for the tempura, the containers were only 1/4 full.

The tonkotsu and spicy tonkotsu ramen are INCREDIBLE! They followed the special request and even included a get well note, as I mentioned that my son was recovering from surgery. 10/10 recommend!

I decided to try the Veggie Paitan Ramen to see how it compares to normal chicken paitain. While it's not a thick or creamy, it very tasty & I'm happy I ordered extra.
Unfortunately, the rest of the ramen left a lot to be desired. There was no corn, the nori was soggy and stuck to the tofu like glue. The tofu had a gummy fried coating the came right off with a single bite. The inside didnt appear to be cooked that much in comparison to the fried exterior. The kikurage had that same weird gummy tempura coating.
The noddles were your average ramen noodles that went well with the broth. The scallions, egg (extra), and bean sprouts also complimented the broth well.
At $22, I can't recommend this Ramen to anyone as it is just not worth it.
