Lox In The City should travel with cream cheese etc on the side instead of premade.
The toasted bagel gets soggy because all the trimmings/salad are damp and placed on top and sides. Lox could be trimmed better. Too many dark edges.
The soup tastes delicious but there's not nearly enough broth considering everything else in it. Chicken chunks too big so rice is mashed beneath it. Had to remove and cut all smaller.
Service was great. Packing and delivery exceptional.

• DoorDash orderReasonably priced, healthy ingredients. A great restaurant overall but you don't want to risk ordering a smoothie for delivery. It'll melt by the time it arrives.

• DoorDash orderI had a frustrating experience with my recent purchase of sea moss. When I got home and opened the package, I found mold inside and it had a terrible smell. Since the store is a 15-minute drive from my house, I had to immediately drive back to exchange it.While the store did replace the product, I was disappointed that they didn’t offer any accommodation for my time, gas, or the inconvenience caused. It's frustrating to spend extra time and effort to resolve an issue that shouldn't have happened in the first place. I expected a bit more customer care, especially given the reputation they’ve built. I hope they improve their product quality and consider a better way to handle such situations in the future.
