I ordered an Original Glazed® Dozen from Krispy Kreme and got a dozen that had clearly been sitting at a grocery store for multiple days. They were stale, slimy, and inedible.

This was not fresh and does no appear to be from the Krispy Kreme directly. Buyer beware of the name of the store named "fresh delivered. " There is another Krispy Kreme store on Door Dash.

Stale the last 2 times I ordered. For over $20 a dozen and all of them to be old and stale when theyre supposed to be fresh daily is a huge waste of money. Id recommend ordering from another location or restaurant altogether

I don't live in a town with a Krispy Kreme donut shop so I was very excited to order while we were here in Dallas. I expected warm, fresh donuts but instead received something that tasted like it just came out of the freezer and was thawed out over night. They were cold, dry, hard, and old tasting. The cream filled donuts had very little cream inside, and that was no help against the dryness of the donut itself. It was a very disappointing experience and I won't be ordering again.
