really gross. the donuts were cold (like refrigerator cold) and gooey, very sticky. the glaze was GOO, it wasn't sweet or flaky. it was like the donuts were dunked in water. I hated it. 25 dollars for nasty goo circles. thanks but no thanks. waste of money.

I order a Classic glazedOriginal Glazed® Dozen I and the donuts were hard and no longer glazed.

How are you not able to order a customizable box? My only options are all glazed or an assorted where I am unable to pick the kinds I get. Other apps you can only order drinks from here and on the krispy kreme website they say you can order delivery, but again all the donuts are "not available" only their drinks. I don't know anyone who goes to Krispy Kreme for just a drink. Am I doing something wrong? Seems crazy to me that you can't order a customized box of donuts from a donut shop.
