i got 2 kinds of donuts, chocolate frosted and custard creme w choc frosting. the 2nd is stale. i have never had a problem in my life, my daughter put a donut back. i took a bite and said, didnt i order krispy kreme?? and had to double check. really out of character for this store

It would be great, especially for these prices if customer's could choose their donuts in the variety dozen. We always end up with donuts nobody will eat :( otherwise KK is always the best donut anywhere!!!

I loved the holiday donuts very colorful and tasty and I have been in love with their original glazed donuts since before I could pronounce the word donut ❤️😍😘

I paid extra for a cinnamon roll and received a regular glazed in its place. There was no refund of the extra I paid or even an attempt to put another specialty donut in there to compensate .
This is the 3rd time Ive had an issue with my orders. I've come to the conclusion that it's just not the same service or quality anymore. They were good while it lasted.
