The donuts were cold and hard. This is sad because it was during breakfast hours and I imagined the donuts should be at least soft. Iced Caramel Mocha Specialty Latte was nasty and the cup size was small compared to the price. This was more expensive than Starbucks! I hate complaining but this was just a horrible experience.
