The portions have gotten smaller and chicken was cold and dry. They used to include breasts and wings. Now it is only thighs and legs.

The chick tenders were dry & hard and must have been sitting for a while. Krispy Krunchy in Richmond was never like that. They are the bomb. I dont think the food moves wui enough at this location

The chicken and potato wedges are really good, depending on if its a fresh batch. The biggest issue is on DoorDash you cannot order only chicken breasts or white meat. No option to upcharge, no ordering by piece. We don't eat dark meat in my house and no way to request it, so we can order
