The 4 Pc Tender Combo tenders were HUGE and juicy; I was full after 2 pieces. They were disappointingly not very hot, though, and they didn't travel far for delivery. The portion of mashed potatoes was also not great; the cup was way more full of gravy. Flavor-wise, kind of bland. It's disappointing that you don't get a choice of ANY sauces for free with your tenders like you would anywhere else. So I had to pay for my Ranch cups, but they were pretty good! The most confusing part was the biscuits. I upgraded to 2, and I got one regular honey butter biscuit like they show all over their menu...and then one biscuit with blueberries in it. They don't even show blueberry biscuits on their menu! It wasn't bad, I just have no idea why I got that instead. Overall, I think I'd order it again in a pinch, but not my favorite fast-food chicken joint.

Tenders, potato wedges and biscuits were great. 2 sauces for 12 huge tenders(labeled as for a family of 4-6) wasn't enough. I'd order extra. The macaroni salad noodles were mushy and the salad was watery. I would pass on it next time. The biscuits were my favorite. they were brushed with honey butter. So so good.

The first red flag popped up for me when the restaurant immediately hit "order is ready for pickup" a literal minute after I had placed the order. When I got to the restaurant, they were still scrambling to put my order along with other people's orders together. Very unorganized. The chicken tenders were actually really juicy and delicious. The biscuit that came with it was a little under for my taste, but still delicious as well. Potato Wedges are hard to mess up and they give you a lot of large crispy wedges, so I highly recommend those. Those three dishes were each 5-star worthy, but the Mac-n-Cheese tasted like microwaved plastic and the Jambalaya was bland and almost burnt. The poor execution of the side dishes as well as the service makes this a 3 star place on a good day and a 2 star place on average

got some of my order, and half of someone else's, and it was not very good. for what I paid for this meal for 4 I would expect better quality food. red beans and rice were decent, everything else was bland.
