Chicken 🍗 was very fresh, juicy and Krunchy.
it's a different kind of Cajun definitely because I felt nor tasted nothing to wake my taste buds.
Side items also need work.

the quality of the food depends on who's cooking and what time of day you get it. I've had really good seasoned well cooed food at times and other times mediocre. They are just not consistent.

all the chicken was burnt, so were the boudins and the biscuit was THE best looking but it was hard. no honey no other sauces. can soda for a 4 piece meal does not make any sense at all either
