I discovered this place in the setting of a late night chicken sandwich craving. After a mixup with my order that was partially due to a language barrier on the part of my Dasher, the franchise owner dealt with me personally and went above and beyond to make it right. I ended up really enjoying the chicken sandwich, and the bucket was tasty, too. But the real standout was the customer service. As someone who works nights, it's great to know this is a late night option for us!

I never had issues when ive ordered from here. Its late night chicken, I'm not expecting the best.
I decide to try honey butter shrimp, and its was awful. Overcooked, the batter was dark, and just poorly done.
On top of that I paid for extra sauces, & I received none of them.
The chicken is usually good, but this time the dredge they used was too salty. I could barely eat into two pieces without my mouth feeling like it was full of salt.

Didn't get my $7 of jambalaya and chicken and biscuits were dry. Spent $75 and only liked the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese

This is a store that's being run out of a gas station style convenience store. It's exactly what you would think gas station chicken taste like unfortunately. so, although it's presented as though it comes from a restaurant in the pictures on DoorDash, it is not. A lot of the chicken has just been sitting in that heater and getting dried out so the chicken isn't even fresh. I also think that the chicken probably spent like a week in under the heater before it got served to me.
