We love Kubo so much , such an amazing variety of bubble tea drinks and the best UBE Ice cream you'll ever have , the staff are so kind and professional , very clean cosy place to sit and take some fun memorable pictures at their Photo Booth. If you ever around Nutley please stop by you'll not regret it and I promise you'll be coming back over and over again

Easily my favorite boba & ice cream place locally. Love their drinks and treats. My staples are the ube mochi taiyaki, strawberry citrus ade, Thai tea crème brûlée latte. Their ube soft serve is the perfect sweetness, ube flavor is not too strong, just enough!

This was my first time having this delicious treat! I had the #22 Ube Soft Serve Milk Tea with the Brown Sugar Base and ordered the #23 Matcha Soft Serve Milk Tea with the Matcha Base.
Let me tell you, this is my first but certainly not my last time. I will definitely be ordering this again. I absolutely loved it! 😋❤️

The Thai Milk Tea tasted very good. the Just Taiyaki was very tasty, that was my favorite. The #14 Smores Ice Cream was good but a little too sweet with all the additives. Male worker was very friendly. Female worker just glanced at me and kept talking with other people in Korean until the male told her I was waiting on part of my order. Besides that the shop is cute and small. I'd visit again for the plain Just Taiyaki and Thai Milk Tea

I really want to love this store but I've had four negative experiences that will compel me to move on to more reliable places. One order I placed was canceled because the store was closed, but apparently didn't update DoorDash so they appeared open. Second order resulted in a delivery order that was wrong (missing ingredients) . Third order resulted in a call from the store informing me that they were out of ingredients (again, DoorDash not updated). Final order provided something I didnt want or ask for as a "substitute" for an item I ordered that was again, not available. Seems like inventory in the store and keeping the same reconciled on DoorDash is an issue. With a $5+ service/delivery fee- the experience just isn't worth it.
