I don't know what happened because their bubble tea used to taste better. It did not taste right. I did zero % sugar but it was really sweet, less ice but more than half the large cup was ice and watery. Disappointed.

Always been a really big fan of KFT and the drinks are amazing but they didn't give us any straws. I had to drink out of the cup and use a spoon for the toppings.
