Very good sushi. Exactly what I was craving. The spicy salmon with crispy rice was so good, highly recommend. The ginger may have been made with artificial sugar and I wish I had known before I ate it. Wasabi was some of the best I've had, not the standard but tasted like they made it fresh. Portions are good especially for the price. I will be coming back!

Tonkotsu Ramen* tasty but not that much flavor or extras aside from half an egg and two strips of meat. The sushi was decent Salmon Golden Crunchy Roll* (4pcs) had a good flavor

The Umami Oil Salmon* was delicious and didn't need any extra oil or salt! The Negitoro Hand Roll* w/ soy sauce was solid tho I wish they'd offer to do a 2nd wrap in Korean nori (so much crispier and saltier!) But the Sea Urchin Gunkan* (1pc) on the other hand...was bad. It was bitter w/ an even more bitter aftertaste. It tastes like they either didn't prepare it right or used an old one, or one that went bad...I don't think I'll ever risk ordering the Sea Urchin Gunkan* (1pc) from this location again. Which is a shame bc their Little Tokyo location always does it right. But I'll def come back for their salmon nigiri!!
