Absolutely stoked on the prawn and pork in this dish! The taro leaves were chopped more roughly than other versions of laing I've had but it was so delicious that i didn't mind that textural variation! The chillies were also whole, and added right on top so there wasn't a ton of spicy heat through it (which i kinda would have liked) but it made for a fun experience of taking a nibble out of a pepper to see what kinda spice you'd get with your bite :)
I have yet to try anything from here that wasn't completely delicious.

I can’t stop thinking about the sinigang at Kusina Filipina. It’s the perfect balance of sour and savory — the kind that hits you with nostalgia and warmth in every spoonful. The broth was rich and flavorful, the meat was tender and cooked just right, and the vegetables were fresh and not overdone.
What really stood out was how authentic it tasted. It reminded me of homemade sinigang my lola used to make. You can tell they really care about keeping the traditional flavors alive. I’ve tried sinigang at a lot of other places, but this one honestly tops them all.
If you’re craving comfort food or just want to try a true taste of Filipino cooking done right, don’t skip the sinigang at Kusina Filipina. It’s soul food, no question

The longanisa was just a hotdog. Weve had BR4. Longsilog our whole lives and at other Filipino restaurants and this was literally just cheap hot dogs, we know the taste difference. It wasnt what we expected. Also there were hard bits of rice as if it were a couple days old.

The Bulalo was fire. I was the only one eating it and it made me at least 4 meals. Great value and tasted great. Just make sure you have rice in the side, patis and lime.

The Chami you can only find at Kusina Filipina perfectly balanced sweet eggs noodles with all the fixings: Chinese sausage, shrimp, chicken, carrots and cabbage topped with freshly chopped crispy lechon kawali chunks. This noodle is unique compared to the common pancit bihon or canton.
The P8. Pork BBQ is consistent in texture and flavor--- and I love how it is not just a stick of the fatty portion of the pork meat.
