I ordered a gallon of chocolate milk on 2/20, but received white milk instead. So I tried re-ordering the chocolate milk on 2/21, and again got white milk instead. I don't think I'll try a third time. I have more than enough white milk now.

In general I'm happy with Kwik Trip but twice now they've been out of the bread I ordered and instead of calling or substituting a different kind they've just skipped it and said they'd refund me for the missing bread. I wish you would call or substitute. Now I still haven't got bread.

There was no straw included for the frappe. I'm not deducting a star bc I don't know whether this was Kwik Trip's mistake or the dasher's.
