How hard is it to get a simple gallon of 2% milk right, this is twice now I have gotten whole milk instead, very disappointed

My Western Croissant Breakfast Sandwich was probably the best one I've ever had, and I WORKED there for 3 years. The croissant itself was handled with care vs smooshed and the sandwich was cooked to perfection. Thank you for handling my order with extra care this morning!
