I usually get what I ordered. But tonight- no bag of ice or second tea.
But the charges were the same. If out, OK but don't charge for what I didn't get. How to call and ask about missing things?

We didn't get part of our order, we got fried chicken with the bones and not the Chicken Tenders, 8 Piece (Family Size) tenders. The chicken looked weird and didn't look like it was done. No chip bag of the Urge, Large Bag ripples, or the chip dip french onion Chip Dips . No Raspberry Cheesecake Chimi. We weren't even offered substitutes if they were out of something. We didn't get the Dinner Side, Family Size Mac and cheese either. Also, one of the drinks was wrong.
