The chicken for my salad was either frozen and re heated or just undercooked - the texture was straight rubber - inedible

We usually never have an issue but tonight was bad. The kyma chips were stale, hard, and some were ice cold as if they had been frozen and defrosted. They weren't edible at all. The Green salad was half the portion it normally is . It came in a small rectangular container when it usually came in a large round one. The pita they send with your order was cold too. Those seem to have been defrosted as well.

The key lime pie I ordered was not fresh and it was so tart that we couldn't eat it. We had to toss it. So sad!
