• DoorDash orderLove how they prepared the Sapporo Miso Ramen 札幌味噌拉面 by separating the components in neat preportioned amounts, the broth was the perfect level of spicy but some of the toppings (the seaweed especially) were a bit cold and soggy.
The Deep Fried Gyoza Dumplings 炸饺子 had great crunch and flavor, the sauciness made it very different from traditional gyoza but not in a terrible way.
The Pork Bao Buns 刈包 meat and buns coud have been more tender, but the flavor was still good.
Lastly, the Bubble Milk Black Tea 茶霸珍奶was great! Among some of the best I've had delivered. Wasn't overly sweet, could have used more of a "tea" flavor (right now it's kind of watery) but the boba itself was perfect.

• DoorDash orderSo good...freshly steamed veggies, hot well separated broth and noodles, try the combo with fresh lemonade and seeet potato fries...it was enough to share or if you are hungry...also the matcha pudding with red bean was delicate but substantial...hard to finish alone after the Ramen!

• DoorDash orderNot authentic Japanese ramen. Clearly Chinese-owned (you can tell by the bakkudan which tastes exactly like Chinese style chilli oil). Not a problem if you're not fussy about your ramen, but if you're looking for an authentic tonkotsu this one lacks depth and umami
