Very tasty! They perfected the beef Taco Plate (2)! It was topped with onions and cilantro that were VERY fresh! The beans were very soft and the cheese was tasty, I dont like beans with tons of chunks and La Bambas was very smooth. The Chips and Salsa was very vibrant and refreshing, you could tell the chips were fresh as well. They didnt have the Can Drink i wanted however the staff were very nice to let me know they were out of stock and substituted it with a good option. 10/10 service 20/10 food!

Seriously nothing better than Labamba's Wet Burrito and Queso Dip and Chips. Their queso is a the best in town. Well worth the $ every time! Rice was a little on the dry side, but it was still delicious.

we got the steak Bamba Nachos because of how good they used to be compared to other nachos in mankato, but this time they were dry and seemed to be skimping on the meat. we had to search for a few small pieces of steak, but they tried to cover it up with excessive amounts of the other toppings. very disappointing for the price

In my last review I said the queso was very liquidity, but I now take that back. It was the perfect consistency. This is my favorite place to eat at in Mankato. The best food ever.
Their Quesadilla is the best I've ever had. So so so yummy.

The Barria tacos are the best I've found in town. so juicy and flavorful. Gringo Taco (1 Taco)Rice was great flavor needs a little more spice!
