Idk what that was. But that was no where close to a real papa huancaina. The taste the sauce. Completely different. I was very dissatisfied dont order that dish. The sauce was also super watery. Not truly Peruvian at all. Ew

La papa a la huancaina no estaba bien hecha, la papa estaba congelada y al comerla se deshace, no se aprecia el sabor de la salsa Por lo congelado de la papa, lo unico rescatable el huevo y la aceituna, deberian acreditar lo quepague x este Plato
