Quesabirria was amazing. They fry their shells in consome, which I haven't found a lot of restaurants to do, meat was tender and juicy, and they aren't frugal on their meat. The cheese was great too, everything complemented well in this dish. 4.7/5 for their quesabirrias.

Pizza Birria, was great! Full of meat and cheese and neatly prepared. Its definitely enough to feed at least 3 adult people. The consomè was hot and flavorful. I would definitely purchase again.

I've been on the hunt for some good local Quesabirria and I've now found it. The consome is key and this one had a strong flavor without a lot of grease. The meat was tender without being mushy and the tacos were perfectly toasted. I will definitely be ordering again.... oh and the rice for 1.00 was a bonus. It was a little too mushy for me but hey for 1.00 I can't complain.
