I've been on the hunt for some good local Quesabirria and I've now found it. The consome is key and this one had a strong flavor without a lot of grease. The meat was tender without being mushy and the tacos were perfectly toasted. I will definitely be ordering again.... oh and the rice for 1.00 was a bonus. It was a little too mushy for me but hey for 1.00 I can't complain.

Seriously the best Mexican food around. Quesabirria was flavorful, not too greasy, crispy shells. The Al Pastor is authentic, juicy, with actual pineapple as it should have and it is delicious! Red sauce on the Wet burrito had a nice depth of flavor. Will def be ordering again soon. Maybe tomorrow!

Las mejores Quesabirria , como siempre lo mejor de lo mejor. Agradecido por el mejor trato y excepcional sabor. Definitivamente vale la pena cada centavo. :)

Quesabirria was amazing. They fry their shells in consome, which I haven't found a lot of restaurants to do, meat was tender and juicy, and they aren't frugal on their meat. The cheese was great too, everything complemented well in this dish. 4.7/5 for their quesabirrias.
