• DoorDash orderThe fish, shrimp & squid ceviche must be a new option from this place! Been a longtime fan of their fish & shrimp ceviche, but this one with squid is even better. Ordered it with the Verde (hot) spiciness level - (there are three levels spiciness options- mild, medium and hot). I like spicy and the Verde option is *chefs kiss* perfect.
Not pictured, but it comes with a side of either: 1. tortilla chips (the thick homemade kind that are sturdy enough for scooping out ceviche) 2. Saltine crackers or 3. Tostadas.
I've tried all three and my personal favorite are the tortilla chips.

• DoorDash orderI don't usually leave reviews. but the CEVICHE ORIGINAL was amazing! I didn't expect to get ceviche this good from a restaurant on doordash. Hats off to the chef. I ordered late in the day (15m left in the day), and the food was still great.

• DoorDash reviewI'm a seafood fiend but not a frequent food truck visitor. Tried their fish taco, seafood soup, and mango habanero ceviche. My jaw is on the floor - their ceviche is out of this world. Tacos have a wonderfully tangy cucumber slaw with that crispy fish, and the soup came full of ingredients. Sensational.

• DoorDash orderAGUACHILES were still grey, needed more time in lime to cure and the shrimp were not deveined. FISH TACO was good.
