Good flavor , the shrimp and octopus was fully cooked in the lime ( i say this because most other places give you semi cooked cevich because its rushed) they also give you plenty of tostadas to eat it with. Five stars.
El ceviche y los aguachiles tienen muy buen sabor como debe ser. Muchos otros restaurantes sirven estos platillos medios crudos y desabridos. En La Perla no , al contrario hasta yo que soy de Jalisco y hagas de cuenta que me estaba chingando un cevichito fresco desos que te venden aya en barra de navidad.

Tripas smelled like wet catfood however they tasted much better than they smelled but were undercooked and was like chewing rubber bands. Al pastor was 100% not real al pastor and botcooked on a trompo. Also no salsa included and tortillas were obviously mission brand or some other mass produced store brand. The driver was great though will never order from here again. Tacos El Rinconsito is awesome always good, sane price and comes with grilled jalapeno/onion and plenty of red and green salsa. Worth a shot though. Live and learn. ::

Carne Asada y Papas Fritas / Carne Asada and Fries fries were soggy, and the type of fry is completely too big, thinner fries are best not these huge Wendys style fries. Other than that it was okay, wish they added guac and red and green sauce like Cali Burrito or Memos. Take notes please.
