I just returned from Paris and La Rue has them beat. Seriously best kolache. Ever.
I'm not a huge fan of traditional doughnuts, but these were unreal. Not at all dry (you know the word im avoiding)...just amazing. 5 stars.

The Sausage and Gravy Pocket (Saturday and Sunday only) was incredible. Super flaky and buttery pastry. All of the donuts were super good and the texture of the dough was pefect.

LaRue is our new go to breakfast spot. Sausage Kolache, Za'atar Seasoning is the best kolache I've ever had. Never had anything like the Vanilla Cruller. 10/10!

This place is awesome. Only took off one star because a few things were slightly off. The donuts ( Lemon RicottaBostock , Vanilla Brioche, Vanilla Cruller, French Toast , Pistachio Cruller) we tried were amazing, they just slightly had a tiny after taste like the oil in their fryer was getting old/burnt and needed to be changed, but again still damn good. I also had the Black Forest Latte and it tasted like the milk might have been going bad. We did order around 10am, so if you order earlier maybe you won't encounter these kind of problems. Despite the hiccups we will still definitely be recommending to our friends.
