This location continues to step up its flavor and quality. What used to be okay, at best, has become quite good. We've also switched to ordering the queso dip instead of the cheese on the Super Nachos because the cheese version, though our preference, is always over baked turning the cheese into jerky - not so good... The queso sub solves that.
The shredded beef in the Chimichanga with Salad was plentiful, flavorful, lean and delicious. First time trying their shredded beef, won't be the last.
As always, appreciate receiving a side of complimentary chips and salsa. A little thing that really ups the customer service in our book.

Like so often happens, the price goes up and the quality and quantity down. So disappointing. We get price hikes, it's all the rage, but keep the quality and quantity, please.
This La Sierra Sampler has been a go-to dish for us, for over $2 less, but this time there were only FIVE chips under the nacho toppings, so those were soggy instead of crispy, and no small bag of plain chips was included with the order, like it usually is, so we couldn't use those to rescue the nachos. This ended up being more a small pile of cheese, shredded beef, and a few refried beans. Far less of all these than usual and most definitely far fewer chips. (Chips? Of all things to scrimp on.)
As always the shredded beef was lean, flavorful and succulent. The salsa hot and tasty. And the quesadilla perfectly cheesy. But at the higher price and smaller quantities, not likely to remain a go-to selection for us.

Unlike the photo on the menu, the "Nachos" are simply chips with cheese melted on top - no crema or guacamole. Since the cheese hasn't been layered into the chips, only about a third of the chips have cheese on them. So for $9 you get some chips with melted cheese and a whole lotta plain chips. The shrimp in the fajitas was tasty and a good portion, not a lot of veggies, but good pico and beans with so so rice and fresh corn tortillas. Average Mexican restaurant fare, nothing special but okay. Actually, kind of pricey for just okay, but isn't almost everything in 2023. One thing we did appreciate, and is so often missing from other Mexican restaurant deliveries, was the bonus inclusion of chips and salsa, like you would get with your meal at the restaurant. Also of note is the fact that the chips are not at all oily. So often they are. Last Sierra's are much better quality.
Overall, and based on only two items, nothing noteworthy, but typical Mexican food - thus the average rating.

Lots of good food. I ordered 3 enchiladas combo plate and an extra rice and beans. This was for 2 people. Oh my goodness there was so much food even for 2 people. Lots of taste we had the chicken. I could have not ordered the extra rice and beans but putting it together with street tacos another day is perfect. The food came
Fast and hot. I will order Rice and Beans Order and 16. Three Enchilada Comboagain

The place smelled great but was fairly disappointing. Portions were fine but flavor was lacking.
My wife said her carne asada tasted like roast beef, I agree, it was soggy and just salty, no real flavor.
My chorizo and scrambled egg burrito had barely any egg and the chorizo was similarly bland.
