The BEST tacos in the area! The Hal Pastor and Carne Asada are must-haves, but everything is outstanding. La Tingeria just does not miss.

We prefer to eat as much non-chain as possible. But the Food truck has to be able to do the basics. Food was prepared late and Dasher had to wait nearly 25 mins for the food. Tacos had lots of meat but boxes were unlabeled which makes it hard to distribute when its a large order. Flavors for most tacos were just ok unfortunately so the wait wasnt worth it. Overall we will not go back here due to these two issues. We find Taco Rock timely, good tasting, and organized.

$7.20 for Chips & Queso is a little steep for the amount that you receive. Taste is good, but not worth the price. Sope Carne Asada looks good, however $6 for one serving is still expensive.

Tried the beef birria, chicken tinga, carne asada, and al pastor tacos. They had zero flavor. Like they were missing seasoning.
The queso and chips was decent. The corn was small and the chili on top was without flavor. The churros had some sort of gooey filling that looked like vomit. Does no one in the area know how to make traditional churros without filling?
Not impressed in the slightest and very disappointed.

Really really great Taco De Birria Beef, Quesadilla Birria Beef and Taco Carne Asada. Very tasty and well prepared. The only thing is i wasn't crazy about was the small range of choice of sides. Both the rice and beans had chorizo and i'm not a fan of pork. No guac and chips or just plain chips option. Just chips with queso which was pricey compared to tacos. But the main dishes were excellent. I will order from again
