Pie was amazing
The brisket taco needs acid, and spice, maybe pickled habanero carrots (like in Mexican restaurants), or giardiniera peppers, and more cotija. That or a tangy spicy mayo sauce. None of the fixings except the cotija really accentuate the brisket. Also throwing the tortillas on the heat for a 5-7 sec and the acid/heat additions would give this taco a huge upgrade.

Excellent service. Brisket quesadilla was respectable. Ribs were burnt and tough, smelled like hot pavement— lost my appetite.

I got the BBQ plate and must say I wont be getting it again. The pulled pork and pork sausage were extremely dry and the baked beans had way to much pepper, but the brisket is good albeit a little salty. Overall not worth the amount that I was charged for the meal.
