Could not believe how light and airy the Checkers cake was! I thought it would be dense and compacted, but it is beautifully delicate and mild. Probably one of the best cakes I have ever had!

Dont doordash from the Bellevue, WA store, they have the worst service, nothing has been followed in my order and came in 1 hour late! The hot latte became iced latte when it arrived! Unacceptable for the premium price they charge! Zero Quality!

Today I visited your Lady M store with my family. We ordered four pieces of cake for carry-out, but while waiting, we decided to enjoy the cake inside the store. One of your servers Allie approached us and mentioned a price difference due to the carry-out order, but the explanation wasn’t clear, and we were asked to leave the store.(The space were vacan, not busy time) I completely understand if there’s a tax difference for dining in versus carry-out, and I would have been happy to pay the difference. However, the way it was communicated made the situation uncomfortable and inconvenient, especially since I was with my two young children.
As store service, you should mention the tax difference will offer different services at the check out point of time, not after customer sitted down.
