The paneer in the Paneer biryani (regular) seemed to be rubber-like chewy. however the biryani was good. Try using fresh Paneer please.
Gulab Jamun (2 Pieces) had particularly very small pieces. I expected them bigger than what they were.

Chicken tikka was a bit bland with oil floating on top... flavour not really up to the mark either. The plain naan was fantastic though, fluffy, good size and perfectly cooked.

First of all, don't send people regular coke when they order a diet. there is a reason they order a specific type. Secondly, Chicken biryani regular was soggy and lacked taste. I'm a native and have eaten Karachi, Bombay and Hayderabadi Biryani... yours lacked aroma, correct spices (just adding red chilli does not cut it) and even color. I understand that there may not be many Pakistani restaurants near by so your business is getting customers... but that does not mean you don't improve and carry authentic tastes. Beat of luck.
