My go-to for local Ethiopian food! I always order my favorite dish -- Miser Wot . Theirs is absolutely medicinal! Generous portions of injera, too.
(And a strange aside -- I love how their takeout containers are not styrofoam.)

Always amazing whether you dine in or takeout.
Food is exceptional - ive tried almost everything. Their honey wine is so delicious but also not overly sweet or tart.
Everyone should have the experience of Ethiopian food - especially here at Lalibela! Support local businesses in your community.

I have no links to Ethiopia and this is my favorite restaurant. Really good food. If you're on the fence about trying something new, definitely do not hesitate to give these guys a try. I eat vegan, so I can't speak to the quality of the meat products. But all the veggie options have been great. My new favorite restaurant in LA. I stick to the sambusas, kik aletcha and the tofu tibs. It never dissappoints and they rarely screw up my order unlike other places around LA; they are very consistent.

Id love to share a photo of the vegie combo from Lalibela, but I dug in immediately and devoured most of it as soon as it arrived!
I had it for the first time about a week ago and could not stop craving it, so I had to order it again! If you're trying to decide where to get delicious Ethiopian food, get it here!! You will be delighted with all the different flavors and textures! But be warned...you'll probably start craving it every week like me!
