I travel a lot and have experienced food from all kinds of places—high-end restaurants to hidden gems—but Lalito’s Taqueria completely blew me away. The Tostitos con Esquite and Birria Ramen were on another level—bold flavors, perfect execution, and way beyond expectations.
I’ll be honest—I didn’t even realize this was a food truck until my Dasher messaged me to let me know she was there and was waiting as there was only one person at the truck (I ordered super late-but it wasn't long). As a CEO, I respect the hustle and know great food when I taste it. This isn’t just “good for a food truck”—this is phenomenal food, period. If you’re in the area, don’t hesitate—just order.

quesabirria plate was delicious, Quesadilla con Carne / Meat Quesadilla was amazing, California Burrito could've had more asada in it in my opinion but besides that food was delicious
