The Quesadilla Texana was ok, but the chicken, shrimp and beef were not seasoned at all. The real flavor was in the peppers and onions. Also, hardly any cheese was on it. The Choripollo had chicken breasts that weren't even cut up and the chorizo was just spread on top of it. I'm very disappointed.

Please stop being stingy with the queso. Ordered Pollo Loco but it arrived without queso. Other times, there's barely any queso. I don't understand as it a key ingredient and an expensive dish.
