Always superimpressed with the quality, the speed and logical business sense that is Las Colinas. Knowledgeable personable staff when u are at the restaurant and equally speedy and accurate deliveries when ordering out. The quality of the food is superb matching its very rrasonable rates abdgreat portions! In spite of being Cuban-oriented, the do a killing with the Desayuno Dominicano/ Dominican Breakfast/mangu huevos,dos salamis, dos quesos blanco fritos, cebolla - it is cooked perfectly, they offer lunch meals earlier like the delicios Arroz Moros / Moros Rice And they wouldnevermess up in snyif their daily soups which always come to me as an after thought but a much needed one, because their Sopa De Pollo / Chicken Soup LG(L )before or afteethe meal hotsthe spot! Dont ever change what you are doing Las Colinas!

So good. Portions are just right. The Croquetas are about the size of a standard mozzarella cheese stick, so order up. (I think that's perfectly priced since they're $.80 each, still cheaper than an Arby's cheese stick). The beef empanada was all meat, no unnecessary fillers, and perfectly seasoned. Very savory all around.

The Dominican breakfast is the best, authentic breakfast dish I have had in a long time. The food reminds me so much of home! The portions are amazing and the fills you up. The cafe con leche the split into two cups... for $2!! The food here is amazing and priced right!
