The bean and cheese burrito was essentially all cheese. It was wrapped sloppy and the tortilla ripped on the second bite.
The crunchy tacosaid it came with cheese, cilantro and lettuce. I requested no lettuce or cilantro. It came with no cheese and tomatoes. It was also packaged horribly and the little amount of chicken that was supposed to be in the shell was in the container.
Very disappointed all around. We will stick to Burrito Factory, moving forward.

First time ordering from here and everything was fantastic! I was not expecting the california burrito to be as big as it was! it was huge! 3 Meat Enchiladas were great, I really liked the fries (kids meal was for my daughter but of course, fry tax lol). salsa is really good! I loved the jalapeño guac(?) salsa! It all really hit the spot!
