This late lunch hit da spot!!! Got a side of Arroz Con Gandules to eat w/the Sancocho and saved the white rice that comes w/it to eat w/the other half of the Sancocho. Good sized portion! Everything so tender. Cheese and Guava Empanada on the side for some sweet salty crunchy deliciousness. Sooo good!

I messed up and tore into the food before taking pictures so here is one Beef Empanada out of my entire meal. Because I got so full that I couldn't finish it (don't worry, I'm going back for it in about 15 minutes). But, I think this one empanada is a testament to how good the food here is.
