Hainan Chicken was as expected except there was no spring onion/garlic/ginger oil. Came with a very small pot of chilli/ginger/garlic sauce.
Char Kway Teo was tasty.
Special Fried Rice - not sure what is so special - whilst it had a dark colour the rice itself was pretty tasteless - almost like it was just coloured rice rather than flavoured rice. There was about a tablespoon of corn scattered through it and maybe the same of shredded carrot with a prawn or two. It was quite edible but I wouldn't order this again.
Garlic Mixed Vegetables - 75% bok choy, 20% broccoli, 5% carrot. If not for the garlic in the sauce it would have been pretty bland and tasteless. Would have liked to have seen some dried mushrooms, baby corn, sliced bamboo shoots which would have made it very tasty. Again whilst it was edible I wouldn't order it again.
