Store never follows special instructions or even when you've selected a certain topping to be left off . The waffle was chewy , cold , and not cooked fully . Very disappointed compared to the Kailua store which is amazing .

The Fruit Bowl under the Açaí section is not an acai bowl. Contrary to its description (see pic) it only had the toppings that would go into an açaí bowl.
The Iced Strawberry Matcha was also a disappointment as it was mostly milk and barely any matcha.

Food was cold and chewy
Breakfast of Champion Crepe made with sweet crepe batter and bad tasting bacon strange flavors
Romeo and Juliette they put no whip cream did not put it in the side either
Both crepes were small chewy and cold flavors not fresh or tasty expensive food waste of money
