I recently purchased the Family Pack (15 pieces) with 3 sides and 3 biscuits. While the chicken was flavorful as always, I was disappointed with the overall value and quality of the sides.
For a meal meant to serve a family, receiving only one corn on the cob, a small box of fries, and a small salad seemed unbalanced—especially compared to the generous portion of chicken. The biscuits were unfortunately dry, and while the fries were pleasantly crispy, the corn on the cob tasted old and chewy, lacking freshness.
Although the chicken remains a strong point, I would hesitate to order this Family Pack again due to the underwhelming sides and overall portion distribution. Gave a 4 star cause the chicken is always good!

This was my first time ordering here and I must say "chef's kiss"! 9.5 out of 10. The Spicy Seasoned Fries was fresh and seasoned well, the 8pcs Buffalo wings were a good size, lots of buffalo sauce(wet), fresh and full of flavor! They put endless ketchup packets in the bag as well as 2 ranch dressings! I would most definitely order here again!
