This food is amazing and delicious. Everything I've tried so far - borscht, holubtsi, the apple pies - has tasted wonderful. It's traditional Ukrainian home cooking done right.

The meat in the borsch was super tough and not chewable. Like it was really low quality beef. Its a pity

Borsht had tender beef and hearty veggies in light soup, Mushroom Hand Pie 1pc had light slightly crispy exterior filled with juicy mushrooms, and Cheese Pancakes 2pcs were filled with something like light crumbly cottage cheese with slight sweetness. Delicious!
