Food was prepared with great seasoning & it arrived nice & hot. I ordered a late dinner & Lena y Carbon delivered on taste. The Chaufa rice had great flavor & the ratio of rice to chicken was a great portion size for its price. I ordered a side of Papas Fritas & they were hot but just a bit soggy so this is the only reason I dont have a full 5 star. Great food overall, I will be ordering again when I crave peruvian food.

The chicken is absolutely delicious. Always well flavored and well cooked. They always give 2 sides of green sauce without having to ask for it. I always get this dish with a side salad and chaufa (2.00$ upcharge) the salad is always fresh and they give enough dressing. Unlike some places. My only gripe with this establishment is the chaufa. Every so often I get undercooked rice. Not enough to complain and ask for a new order or a refund. Just enough to annoy me. NOBODY likes crunchy rice. Listen, I understand the restaurant business is always a time crunch. However, I think I speak for most of your clients when I say cook your chaufa a few more minutes lol
All in all, this place is still my go to for Peruvian cuisine. Try them out, I'm sure you'll love it!

Ordered a full chicken with white rice and salad w/ Maduro. Food was still warm upon arrival! So yum! So happy to have found this place! Chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender. The sauce was so good, not overly spicy at all. Perfect flavor!

Hands down, the best! The roasted chicken and chaufa plate is my goto. They never disappoint.
