My burger came cold and tasted off. funnel cake fries were completely overcooked and chewy. Gross food, there are better Lenny's burgers to eat at. This one ain't it.

the burger had so much ranch, it was dripping all over the wrapper, my table, and myself! If there was an option to hold the ranch, I would use it everytime. 👎

the food was good but two out of 3 drinks were wrong and this is the 2nd time it's happened. I ordered 2 unsweetened ice teas and was given sweet tea! I can understand once but twice?
