We normally drive far away to eat at authentic Hunan, Sichuan, Sanghainese or Cantonese Restaurants instead of generic Chinese restaurants but I would give this local place 5 stars for simply serving deliciously cooked food. The chef here is really talented at their craft: The lemon chicken has crispy exterior and a tender interior, the green beans were crunchy and not over-fried or oily, the salt & pepper prawns were made with fresh, succulent jumbo prawns. The Singapore noodle dish is super tasty and flavorful. I highly recommend!

The Mongolian 3 Mongolian 3 Kinds, Lemon Chicken, and Spring Rolls (4) were really flavorful. The only complaint was that the fried rice was a bit saltier than normal.

LOVE that they offer a great Gluten Free menu with TASTY food ~ so hard to find gf Chinese fool, a must when you have Celiac Disease.
