even though you had a promotion of buy one get one free. I requested for the second flavour to be changed to another flavour of less value. this was not accepted considering the topping is placed at the end so it could have easily been changed. keeping a customer happy is the key to success. disappointing

Biscoff sauce didn't taste good. The donuts were not crispy at all, felt like there was too much dough. Nutella sauce was generous for the price!
